You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering at 999xxx. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and accurate payment account details. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth or falsely claiming to be someone else — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999xxx will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the verified identity on the player account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 999xxx account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 999xxx will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity that occurs from your account — whether you personally authorised it or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
Never share your 999xxx login credentials with third parties. 999xxx will never contact you asking for your password or OTP. Treat any such request as an attempted scam and report it to our support team immediately.
999xxx processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently support the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. New payment methods may be added from time to time and will be reflected in the Cashier section of the platform.
999xxx does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. You receive the full PKR amount you deposit into your gaming balance, and the full amount you request in a withdrawal is transferred to your wallet. Your payment provider may apply their own fees on their side — 999xxx has no control over and bears no responsibility for third-party payment provider fees.
999xxx targets processing all Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within five minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. 999xxx reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 1,00,000.
For security purposes, withdrawals from 999xxx will only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts — accounts belonging to someone other than the registered 999xxx player — will not be processed.

Creating multiple accounts, using bonuses in conjunction with low-risk betting strategies, or any other behaviour that 999xxx determines to constitute abuse of promotional offers will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, potential forfeiture of associated winnings and suspension of the player account. 999xxx's decision in these matters is final.

The availability of specific games may change due to licensing, maintenance or regulatory requirements. 999xxx does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific game title.
All random number generator (RNG) games on 999xxx are independently certified by a third-party auditing authority. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RNG audits are conducted quarterly. Published RTP (return to player) percentages for each game are accurate as of the most recent certification. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during an active game session, 999xxx will attempt to resolve the affected round using available server-side game logs. If resolution is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the wager for that round refunded to the player's balance. Winnings from a round that is subsequently determined to have been affected by a malfunction may be cancelled and the associated wager refunded.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins. 999xxx may modify bet limits at any time, including the imposition of individual player betting limits where deemed necessary to manage risk.

Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement will be forfeited.
